Important Information
When renting a vehicle from DKS Car Rental, it is essential to adhere to the agreed-upon rental period and return the vehicle on time, with the same fuel level as when it was collected. The renter is responsible for any damages or missing items and may incur additional charges if the vehicle is not returned in satisfactory condition. Basic insurance coverage is included, but the renter may be liable for an excess amount in the event of damage or loss. Optional additional insurance can be purchased to reduce this liability.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within the specified period outlined during the booking process may be eligible for a refund. However, failure to collect the vehicle at the agreed time and location (“no-show”) will result in the forfeiture of any prepaid amount. To avoid charges, please notify us in advance if you need to cancel or modify your reservation.
