Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation Before Pickup:
- If you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time, you will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the pickup time will incur a cancellation fee equal to one day’s rental charge.
- No-Show Policy:
- If you do not show up to collect the vehicle at the scheduled time without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
- Early Return:
- If you return the vehicle earlier than the scheduled return date, a refund may be issued for the unused days, minus a potential early return fee.
- Vehicle Unavailability:
- In the rare event that the reserved vehicle is unavailable, we will provide an equivalent or upgraded vehicle at no additional cost. If no suitable vehicle is available, a full refund will be issued.
